A hurricane and a tornado cannot combine into a single storm as they operate on completely different scale. It is actually fairly common for hurricanes to produce tornadoes.

What would happen if a tornado would hit a hurricane?

A tornado cannot "hit" a hurricane as they operate on entirely different scales. A hurricane is its own large-scale storm system while a tornado is a small-scale vortex that occurs within a storm system. In fact, it is not uncommon for hurricanes to produce tornadoes.

What hurricane came before Andrew?

Hurricane Andrew was the first storm of the 1992 Atlantic hurricane season. The previous Atlantic hurricane was at the end of the 1991 season. Due to the unusual circumstances of its formation, this storm was never given a name. It is most widley known as the 1991 Perfect Storm. Had it been named, it would have been Hurricane Henri.

Where in a hurricane do the strongets winds occur?

The strongest winds in a hurricane in the northern hemisphere are found on the right side of the storm...this is with respect to the direction the storm is moving. For instance, if the storm is moving north, the right side would be the eastern side of the storm. This is reversed in the southern hemisphere.
