There are certain diseases which cause your body to overproduce adrenaline. The main symptom of excess adrenaline is high blood pressure. Long term high blood pressure can cause Heart disease and stroke. Pheochromocytoma, which is a tumor of the adrenal gland, causes sporadic bursts of adrenaline. These bursts of adrenaline are often mistaken for panic attacks. They can cause episodes of extremely high blood pressure (250/120 or higher) which can be fatal.

I wouldn't think it would harm you really. But, lets say someone pulls a weapon out on you, your brain will only think to react in some way, either too, Run or fight. Without your adrenalin your reactions would be GREATLY reduced and the speed you move/run will also be GREATLY reduced.

See, adrenaline is secreted by kidneys.its main function is to maintain salt balance in the body and maintain stress and anger level. If it is not in sufficient amount ,due to imbalance of salt, problems like high b.p. Can occur and mental stress would be more.
