dirt gets into the door ajar switch, located on the backside of the door latch. To fix it, usually all yo have to do is go around to all the doors, spary a whole bunch of rustt penetrant like WD-40 into each latch mechanism, and open and close the door a whole buncha times. That usually knocks the dirt out of the switches.
Bank 2 is the drivers side of the engine in a Ford Expedition Sensor 1 would be in the exhaust close to the engine before the exhaust enters the catalytic converter ( upstream )

On a 2003 Ford Expedition : The Mass Air Flow Sensor is between the engine air filter and the big engine air intake tube . If it's the same as on my Ford Explorer it is INSIDE a circular shaped plastic housing ( you can see where the wires enter the housing )
According to the 2003 Ford Expedition owners manual : If your Overdrive Off light is flashing : " have your vehicle serviced as soon as possible otherwise damage to your transmission can occur " ( it might just be a sensor )
