What would make a 97 Aspire want to die after it gets warmed up WE have to keep our foot on the brake and give it gas to keep it from dying?

I used a old time E-brake cable adjuster. Basically it connects to the cable on either side of a J type hook when you tighten the j-hook it pulls the slack out of the cable. Be careful not to tighten to much as the cable would break. Some cables are enclosed and this cable tensioner won't work, It worked on my aspire OK.

NEED BRAKE INSPECTION POSSIBLY NEW BRAKE PADS, Check brake fluid imediately. had a similar problem on a 1990 camry. brake fluid level was slightly low. when temperature outside would drop, applying brakes would lower level and brake light would come on. possibly caused by a small leak in brake line. filling brake fluid would fix, but would reappear a couple of months later. Have brake lines checked for leak.
