What would make the blower selection not work on your 2003 dodge ram cant get it to blow anywher but the vents no floor no defrost?

Broken door, 800 to 1800 for dealer to replace, can be done for about 50 if you do it yourself, did mine and it takes a bit of work to do it without having to take out the antifreeze and the a/c gas. Dodge takes that out and removes completed dash and then the heater/ac assy and replaces the door and what holds the door.
