A mouse could not deliberately do that. Mouse feces - while no doubt having germs and possibly a virus - is not actually poison. And mice are incontinent. They have no bladder or bowel control, it just dribbles and comes out while they are running about.
In can. Mice carry disease and it can be carried through the feces.

Normally mice, Squirrel poop looks a little larger.
Mostly just cats that I am aware of.
My two mice poop in their wheel every day. This is normal behaviour for mice. They are smart little creatures but they still poop in their wheel. I just wash it with hot water and mild soap, like Dawn for dishes, and rinse well and dry, then put it back.
Not unless you have eaten and digested it first.
I actually don't
Why are you asking this question, you sick monkey?! Just kidding. Cats poop because of all the solid food they eat needs to leave their system. The same answer is for pee, but with liquids.
