Yes, I suppose that they would be sister-in-laws. Because your sister is your husband's sister-in-law, and the other sister is his sibling, then I suppose they would be sister-in-laws.

How should you call my sister's husband?

Your sisters husband would be your Brother-In-Law, depending on whether you are a male or female, you would be his brother-in-law or sister-in-law. What he calls you well, that depends on your name and how much he likes you. I have a brother-in-law named Jerry, what I call him I can't say on here because well, this is a family sight. :)

Your husband's brother's wife is your husband's sister-in-law, but is not considered to be related to you. But I have the same thing, in my family, I consider my husbands, brothers girl friends as my sister, even though we are not really related but we both still say we are sisters!! so really you can pick if you want them to be your sister, but they will never actually be related to by name, or anything

Is your sister in laws husband also your brother-in-law?

No, he is simply your sister in law's husband. He has no relationship with you. The reason she is called your sister-in-law and is because it is expected for a husband and wife to have children, and those children will join your family tree as they have some ancestors who are also your ancestors. Your sister-in-law's husband will never have ancestors that are also your ancestors.

What do you call your daughters-in-law?

Your daughter's sister-in-law is either the sister of your daughter's husband or the wife of one of her brothers. If your daughter's sister-in-law is the wife of one of her brothers, then you would refer to her as your daughter-in-law since she is married to one of your sons. On the other hand the English language has no special term for the relationship between you and the sister of your daughter's husband. If you need something, you will have to call her your "daughter's sister-in-law" or your "son-in-law's sister." Perhaps your daughter has a half-brother who isn't your son, but whose wife is still your daughter's sister-in-law. In that case, this woman is not directly related to you. Not everyone likes to make such distinctions, and perhaps you could consider her to be an honorary daughter-in-law of yours, in the interests of friendship.
