the battery may not have enough energy to turn on the lights. an is the engine turning over completely at the rate that it should be or is it struggling to turn? also check all of your fuses
Most likely your car battery is completley dead.
Your battery is dead and you should probably take it to the repair shop and have them put it in for you. Couldn't it be the starter motor? The lights and radio come on, so there must be some juice and the battery.
you have a magnetic starter on this vehicle, the starter is no good, you might try to hit it with a hammer to get it to start.
One or more fuses have blown.
The Headlight switch is where the dash receives it's power from.
most likely that would be a fuse
AnswerThe fuse for the radio's constant power and the domelight might be located under the hood in the fuse panel there. Also the same fuse should power the cigar lighter.Hey theres also another place that may have gone wrong, if you have power seats under the driver side, the plug is either corroded or you must put a jumper wire from the redwire with a light blue stripe to the pink wire, this will power up the radio, the interior lights and the power mirrors. I chased this down for 5 hrs to figure it out. good luck.
I think there are fuses for power under the hood also..
The alternator may need to be replaced.
Check the ignition switch itself, sounds like it may be the problem.
Will your lights headlights come on? Will anything work? Had something like that happen to me years ago. I had no lights and nothing worked. Turned out it was an alternator. There could be something else that would be wrong but, it would be something to check out.
there might be something wrong with your starter or alternator
