Not sure why you'd want to. For emissions reasons, for it to be legal, you'll have to have all the car emissions and electronics from the Mustang. Ford offered the 3.8 from 1994 up through 2004. As far as I know, there are no major changes in the engine itself during that time span. You'll probably need custom engine mounts. The 3.8L V6 is nothing special. Why not just swap in a 5.0 or similar V8 and be done with it?
