The quality of the Breyer horses are superior to many other brands of collectable model horses. There are actually horses shows where you compete with your Breyer horses. Some of them can be worth quite a bit of money.

If there is no proper authentication, certification or marking then you can not tell if cameo is collectible.
It depends on how long they have been retired, and most that have been retired for a year or more could be to $250, depending on the model.
I wouldsearch on ebay or amazon.com or yard sales newspapers ect. Or go on ponylagoon.net to find a specific breyer from 1992
Associate Justice Stephen Breyer is still very much alive as of January 21, 2010, and still serving on the US Supreme Court. President Clinton appointed Breyer to the Court in 1994.

Sometimes Tractor supply has some really cheap models. It really depends on your location. (IE: for USA in Georgia things are like $10 cheaper than Ohio) I would highly suddgest E-Bay, for there are always cheap models, even older collectors models, for DIRT CHEAP!! Happy hunting!

What is considered collectible can change year by year. Currently, some of the most collectible models are the Lamborghini Reventon by MJ Toys, and the Nissan Skyline.
