Read the job description before the interview. Take what they want, and then apply it to yourself. If they want professional energetic people, then say "I am professinal, full of energy," If they want "marketing experience" - say "I have worked in marketing for ten years, and have gathered a wealth of experience. Elaborate, dont be cocky, and dont list facts, be talkative, but not boring.
Its easy, as long as you're well presented and confident, and then jsut tell them what they want to hear. Never be negative, always use good adjectives and apply your own experience.

What one should bring to a company Christmas party depends on where the party is being held. If no one specific person is holding it and it is being held at the company office, then the company itself might be providing food and drink, so it wouldn't be necessary to bring anything. If it is being held at someone's house then it might be a good idea to ask the host what one should bring. Party food such as chips/ crisps or chocolate or wine would be good items to bring for example.
A company would want to bring on search positioning services if they were not getting enough traffic to their website. The service would help make the company higher on the keyword searches.
