I had an R reg Auto Vectra since 2001 and it was written off last month so I purchased my latest Vectra on the 8-11-07, And yes it is another Auto :-), I failed to test my Sports mode until i was on the way home down the motorway and i noticed "no mode change and no (S) indicotor", i will be taking my Vectra back to be fault found next week so ill keep you updated :-) Daz Well as promised, I took my vectra to have the faulty sports mode looked at and as I thought the problem is with the sports button, the wires are moulded along with the button in the head of the gear selector, so a quick fix is not an option, a complete replacement gear selector is required to fix the fault. Good news is there are no expensive electronics to replace. Daz
