check to make sure the screws on the battery still have a good connection.. this happened to my Chevy prism 4 times.. it turned out to only be a loose screw and a bad connection as a result. if the battery has a bead connection on prisms, all power is lost to the car.
Start simple- check the fuses and battery. If those are good check the starter.
need a lot more information that that does it have a battery, does it have a good battery does it have fuel etc just not enuff info to even start on that question
take the terminals off the battery and run a wire brush through them, or sandpaper.
it depends on the user.new answerit depends on how good a job the factory did. it can be a lot.
This May Help; If You Did Not Remove The Negetive Cable First, When Removing The Old Battery And Connect It Last When Installing The New Battery; You May Have Blown Your Computer ( ECM ). Have A Good Mechanic Look At It For You. GOOD LUCK
my battery is good but having problems with starting
Alternator is defective and is not keeping the battery charged. Or, you have a light or relay that is on pulling power from the battery. Start the engine and check the voltage at the battery with a digital volt meter. You should have 13.5 to 15.5 volts if the alternator is good.
If you are using it to turn on the car a good battery would help.
you can avoid draining the good battery
you will have to tell a few more things about the car, Have you ever changed the fuel filter,Has it everbeen tuned? Is the battery voltage good?
if the battery is good and charged sure
I assume you had the battery properly tested under load. Its starts and runs when jump started so that tells me assuming the battery is in fact good that the battery cable connections to the battery are bad and need cleaning.
