No, it isn't. Evolution states that we evolved from living beings, not non-living things. Dirt, because it doesn't have life, can't become living. In a way, this way of creating Adam is more of a miracle than being created out of nothing. If he was made out of nothing, it would be as if God couldn't bring life into something that never had life. But by creating Adam from the dust of the ground, He proved that He is God above all things. He brought life into a non-living thing by breathing into his nostrils!! Does that make sense?
