When I'm connecting my phone hotspot to my computer it comes up on computer connection as limited why is that and how can I fix it?

First check if the phones internet is working properly. If thats all fine check the diver properties of your wireless network adapter you should try reinstalling it ..if you right click on the wifi connection icon you get all the services your wireless network adapter is using one of them might not be installed

Limited connectivity usually means that you have no internet connection. If you just connect two computers to each other, it's normal. But if your computer with windows 7 are connected to router and have internet access I would use automatic repair tool. Right click on the network connect, you will required option.

No, that's misunderstanding how wi-fi works. Wi-fi is a signal broadcast from a wireless hotspot, which only have a limited range. To be able to use that hotspot, you have to be within that range, then you can connect to it and will then be online. But if you move outside that range, the connection will be lost. So to ask if you can go to a place with no nearby hotspots, and somehow establish a wi-fi connection is basically asking to do something physically impossible.
Your download speed on utorrent is only 3kBs but when you do a speed test it says you should be downloading at 176kBs whats going on?
That could be that the computers you are connecting to with utorrent at the time are only sending data to you at that speed. You can have the fastest internet connection on the planet and you are still limited by how fast the computer on the other end can serve you data.
