You could try a different browser, such as Firefox or Google Chrome. internet Explorer is unable to read the 2013 "new-style islands" (24 Carrot, Virus Hunter) and Firefox has loading errors on Virus Hunter (in the intestines). This makes Google Chrome the only fully functional browser for Poptropica, and one must wonder if this was intentional.

∙ 11y agoBe sure that you have enabled the site to download the images as they are presented. Also be certain that you have allocated enough memory space if using Internet Explorer (right click screen when the website is open).

∙ 14y agoWithout access to your computer, no one could tell you. However, the settings of your browser may need to be changed to allow Poptropica to download the island games as you use the website. (This is much more common with the multi-player games than the island quests.)
