The Circulatory or Cardiovascular System is affected positively by physical activity by causing blood to pump through your body faster and your heart to beat faster. The excretory system is affected positively by physical activity by increasing how much air you inhale and exhale. The muscular system is affected positively by physical activity by improving muscle strength.

if you sweat, then all the sweat stays on you and you might get a cold and a temperature that is why you should take a shower and change clothes after doing a physical activity!
