Probably some time in the Summer of 2013- Matt Smith has recently announced that he is quitting as The Doctor this coming November, and it's unclear whether his new companion Jenna-Louise Coleman will want to stay on after he's gone (as Billie Piper did when David Tennant replaced Christopher Ecclestone). They'll thus be looking for a new Doc and possibly a new companion as well.
Most of the actors for the major parts in this year's coming episodes will already have been selected, or at least shortlisted for their roles- the only jobs up for grabs in the 1013 series now will be extras to appear in crowd scenes, play Cybermen, etc.
Thus, the next auditions won't be for at least another 6 or 7 months.
