Thus God did not and would not create something to which He was opposed. It occurred after the fall, as an extension of man's rebellion against God's order, as allowed by the fact that man has a free-will.
Here is another answer to this question:
If we are god's creatures and he established the parameters in which we pursue relationships with each other, biologically and psychologically, then his design also included homosexuality. Otherwise, he should not have wired our brains to find pleasure with either sex. Homosexuality occurs everywhere in the animal kingdom and among all species of animals, including humans. This is one more proof that the writings and teachings of Christianity, based on their Bible, are false as they assume God was taken by surprise by the actions of humans as homosexuals--he did not know humans would find the same sex appealing. The writings call homosexuality an abomination but that would not be the case if God had been aware of the problem from the beginning. An abomination could only exist if God were taken by surprise by a person's sexual preference towards another of the same sex. But, Christianity claims God has seen the future and knows every detail. If God knows everything, then he could not have been surprised by anything and he would not have declared homosexuality a sin or an abomination! The Catholic Church has never thought that homosexuals are sins. Every human being is a child of God, and can never be considered a "sin". However, the Church teaches that homosexual behavior is a sin, but that is because people are using their free will to choose to pervert their God-given sexuality and use it for something for which it was not intended. Homosexuals, every bit as much as heterosexuals, are called to live in chastity for the Kingdom. Anytime we pervert our sexuality to use it for our own pleasure, and not in the way that God intended it, we are sinning, but that does NOT make people "sins."
God does not hate anyone, gay or straight.

If you believe in a God you must believe that God was always there. God wasn't created. God always was. God will be and always has been. there was never a time before God or will there be after God. That is the meaning of the omnipresent (always present) God.
