"First off, I wanted to compliment PC Financial on offering such a great service! (No fees, free cheques, on-line banking, PC Points, etc.) I have been a customer since the first pavilion opened at the Amherst Superstore in August of 1998 and have since opened a RSP account, second savings, borrowing account and have a PC MasterCard. I do almost all of my banking on-line and find the web site easy to use and navigate. Thanks and keep up the good work!"

PC Financial has a very friendly easy-to-use website, a full range of services, excellent rates, and never have we ever paid a single cent in fees. This includes no fees for our cheque books. We get "PC Points" for paying bills online, which can be redeemed towards groceries at Superstore, or all kinds of other things at other places (swap with Petro Canada Petro Points, for example) but I like the fact you can easily redeem them for everyday necessities like groceries. And I have ALWAYS been able to get ahold of a personal representative by phone if needed. Their service has been excellent! Anyway, I digress! The answer appears to be August 1998 (unless Aaron E is simply referring to the first pavilion opened in Amherst but the possiblity still exists President's Choice opened one elsewhere even earlier?.
