Slavery was finally eliminated in Pa. in 1847.  There were fewer than 100 left but it was 67 years after 1780.  Look it up!!

Slavery was in place in Pennsylvania by about 1684 perhaps sometime sooner. Census records show several dozen farms with slaves in the colony in that period.
