The North American Native tribes had been treated badly by the US government. Some thought that forming some type of alliance with the Confederacy would be a better deal then being loyal at all to Washington DC. Both the Confederacy and the Native tribes had a common enemy, the USA. Thus the Creek, Choctaw, and Chickasaw Tribes signed treaties with the Confederacy.
At the onset of the US Civil War, 322 US Naval officers resigned their commissions to take positions in the Confederacy.

NO. The Battle of Bull Run was between the Union and Confederacy in the US Civil War. The Native Americans were not involved in that battle.

President Abraham Lincoln, as Commander-in-Chief, was in command of the Union forces in the US Civil War. He had a number of Generals under him, ultimately Ulysses S. Grant was the General who managed the defeat of Southern forces under General Lee, and thus, eventually the defeat of the Confederacy.
My assumption. Germany cannot defeat US. But France can. But Germany can defeat France.
It was a battle fought in the North, and resulted in the most casualties in US history. It also was a defeat for Robert E. Lee who needed a victory that may have influenced Britain and France to lend aid to the Confederacy.
