Don't quite get what you're asking. Cells emerged when God created each type of living organism. God spoke and they were created. Don't believe it? Why do you never see any evidence of "transitional stage" mutations? The fossil record supports the sudden explosion of all types of life as recorded in The Bible.

The first cells evolved about 3,500 million years ago. It was after the Precambrian Era, when traces of life first popped up, they evolved one Era later, during the Paleozoic Era.
