The Gates website list no replacement for a Suzuki. I suggest you call a Suzuki dealer to make sure it has a chain and not a belt.
They dont have timing belts. There are timing chains on both the 2.2L OHV and the 2.4L DOHC engines.
i suggest you look under the hood,an see ifit has a data sticker,that say's there's no timimg reguired.the 2002 i know has a timing sensor,which change's the timing atomatically.
change timimg belt its much cheaper
Both the 2.2 and 2.4 liter four cylinder engines in a 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier use a timing CHAIN
The recommended replacement for the Timing Belt (aka Camshaft Drive Belt) on the H-4 is 48 months or 60,000 miles. The 3.0 Liter H-6 has Timing Chains with no Periodic Inspection and/or replacement required.....
timimg belt must be changed every 50,000 km
NO belt in the 302cid engine of a 1988 Mercury Grand Marquis. it is a chain with gears
i dont know hehe
yes it does.
I would like to know if you have to lift the engine up in order to change the sprokets on 2006 Nissan Maxima?
6 to 8 degrees BTDC.
Remove the water pump, the harmonic balancer (front pulley) and the timing chain cover. Then you should be able to get to it. Make certain that you pay attention to the positioning marks.
