Every 90k miles just like a timing belt. You can go over but it will stretch and jump teethes screwing up your timing.
The Acura RSX has a timing chain belt.

All RSXes have a timing chain, not a belt.
The K series motors have timing chains.
Hello, According to the Scheduled Maintenance Interval chart in the Acura RSX Owner's Manual, the timing chain (the RSX utilizes a timing chain instead of a timing belt) should be replaced at the 97,500 mile interval. Although it is recommended to inspect the timing chain every 30,000 mile tune-up/service to look for signs of uneven wear, warping, etc.
I'm pretty sure it has a timing chain, like the rsx typeS. Could be wrong, but I think I'm more right then wrong.
Chain - which never needs to be replaced - you should have it inspected thought to adjust minor stuff thought

You don't change a timing chain unless it breaks...that's the beauty of owning a vehicle with a timing chain. However, you need to make sure to replace your water pump at the recommended interval - in most cars the timing belt and water pump are replaced at the same time so you want to make sure that this service does not slip through the cracks!
The 2002 Acura RSX does not have a fuel filter
4 quarts to change the engine oil 5.4 quarts in an RSX-S with an oil filter change
Yes, that's why it has a whirring electric sound when it's running; much like a police motorcycle. Chain instead of belt in K series engines.
