As long as the fluid is still reddish pink, it should be okay, however if it is a darkish or brownish color change it ASAP. It is probably a good idea to have it done every 50-60,000 miles simply as routine maintenance. With good care these vehicles should last 200,000+ miles so why not take care of them and extend their life as much as possible.
