"Strong" isn't necessarily a good characteristic to describe a thank-you letter. You should be geuinely thanking the interviewer for their time and the opportunity to learn more about their company.
At the same time, it is expected that you will remind them why you think you are a good fit for the position.

Yes It can be pro method because of you are different from other candidate.
Personally, I would not. If you sent a first letter of thanks, it is enough. You do not want to appear redundant and sort of a kiss-up (I could have phrased that better). If they called you back for a second interview, that means they are interested in you, so now the tables have turned. Now, just let them do their thing. Yes, you should give thanks but dont write much. And I know you will get the job. Reading the information above I truly agree with you, when you have the feeling inside of you that you already have the job then you are ok and you in the right track. Believe in yourself and be ready have faith or believe that all will go right. john Balette.
I would send a thank you letter after the first interview. The letter will leave an impression. You never know...you could be the 2nd in line for the job. Always favor common courtesy when in doubt.
always
To make sure you are not forgotten, ask a harmless question in your thank you note:
"Is it OK if I email you in case I have any follow up questions"?
This also leaves the interviewer feeling like an authoritative, appreciated figure, a good situation for you.
Yes! Thank you letters are expected after every interview. Your thank you letter should include your appreciation for the interview, reconfirm your interest in the position and highlight your key skills that match the position's demands. This is also a great opportunity to show your potential employer that you know how to communicate effectively. I've spoken to several employers that will not consider an applicant if they don't send a thank you letter. Make sure you get the business cards of everyone you speak with and send the thank you letters out within 24 hours of the interview. Depending on the position, provide a sample of the skills you have as it pertains to the job... It will put you way above the other applicants! I'm in the administrative field so I always send a Word, PowerPoint & Excel sample with my thank you letters so the employer can see how well I work with each program and it has always landed me a second interview. If you need help with your thank you letter, there are plenty of websites that have samples and advice on how to put one together. The best thank you letter is honest, professional, error free and displays your personality. Don't forget to save a copy of your thank you letter - you can use the basic format again and just edit the specific details when you need to use it again. And for those who say that you don't need to send a thank you letter - you are wrong. You are not kissing up to the employer or bothering them. They are evidently interested in you or you wouldn't be interviewing with them at all. And I've never heard a thank you letter reflecting negatively on an applicant's chances of employment so you have nothing to lose and a new job to gain! I hope this helps! Good luck on your job search!!!
So it shows to your employer that you are serious and care for the job, like a first impression, though no really does it, its your choice sending a thank-you letter
Always.
You should send a thank you letter after an interview within one to two days. If it has been more than a week, you do not want to send the thank you letter.
in everything i do,i always say thank you.
During a thank you letter interviewees will thank the interviewers for the interview. This should include specific details, the interviewers names, and express your interest in the position.
A business to interviewee thank you letter is given to an interviewee after sitting an interview. The letter should thank the person for his time and make it clear that he will be contacted if he has qualified for the position.
A letter accepting an interview does not have to be long. You just need to confirm that date, time, and location of the interview and thank the company for inviting you to interview with them.
To thank them for an interview
People who have decided not to take a job after having an interview should write a letter to the employer. The letter should include that the person is grateful for the opportunity.
A thank you email should be used as a courtesy for the interviewer taking time out of their schedule to meet with a potential employee. Individuals should keep it professional and summarize the main points discussed.
It is always a good idea to send a thank you letter any time you are granted an interview with a company or organization. If you were interviewed by a panel, you will need to make sure you obtain the names of all panel members and send them each a thank you letter.
