2)I don't think you should do that.(your opinion about something)

I is used in the subject (beginning) part of a sentence.
Example:
-I like eating chocolate.
-Rachel, Tom, and I were late for maths class.
Me is used in the predicate part of a sentence .
Example:
-Why are you looking at me?
-You and me shall go to the shops.
