The battery on a Toyota Yaris is changed by lifting the hood, loosening the battery cables, and placing them to the side. A new battery is put in place and the cables reconnected.
The battery itself could be shot, the lead plates inside do wear out over time.
I had a CD stuck in the CD player. When I had the battery changed, and the battery was disconnected for about 15 minutes then reconnected, I was able to eject the CD!
you either overlooked a hot lead that needs to be reconnected at the battery, or you grounded a hot wire and blew a fuse or fusible link wire
Have your battery and altinator tested it is possible that one or the other was bad from the store, if they are both ok then you have a drain somewhere in your electrical system somewhere, any shop with diagnostic tools should be able to trace the drain for you.
check your altinator it may not be charging the battery or your turmials to your battery to see if they are loose then if that fails i would start thing insuffecent fuel supply I second that. Alternator problem!
My DIC for my 2000 gtp would flicker then go out. On start up it would work then go out, eventually it went out for good.I changed the ignition switch, battery, checked all the wires i possiblly could under the hood and nothing.Changed the altinator, but was not the problem.I took it in and quality electric hooked a wire off the altinator and bypassed something ,not exactly sure what he did but it was not much.Check the altinator wires .He charged me 60 bucks.
It may be blinking because it probably needs to be changed. To change the headlight you will need to open the hood of the car.
The oil light could be blinking in an Isuzu Rodeo because it is time to get the oil changed. This could also occur if the oil is low.
You probably need to get your oil changed?
