Sound like a ground issue with amp. Make sure you amp has a ground 12 inches or less and the same gage as power wire. Insure you have good bare metal to metal contact.

The noise is coming from the passive restraint module.

There are several things that could indicate a bad ground, such as: The amp not working at all. Odd noises being made by the subwoofer. Fluctuating sound quality, such as not hitting certain notes very well. And also an odd popping noise coming from the subwoofers. I hope this helps!

where is the humming noise coming from? if it's coming thru the speakers and matches the rev tone of the engine, then you have a bad ground in your stereo.
