A BUS is a port that connects a card (CPU, GPU, internet card, etc) to the Motherboard. Bus size refers to the number of pins in the bus. different models have different BUS sizes. the more pins, the faster the transfer speed of information. the PCI Express (PCIE) is the fastest and newest BUS.

A bus is the highway on which data travels within a computer. The bus width is the number of lanes traveling to your processor across the motherboard.

The size or width of a bus determines how much data can be transmitted at one time. A 16-bit bus can transmit 16 bits of data, whereas a 32-bit bus can transmit 32 bits of data.

The 'bus' is the transport system that moves data around inside the computer, for example between the processor (CPU) and the memory (RAM).

Bus width is how many bits the bus can move at the same time (bits per tick of the computer clock), the normal these days is 32 or 64 bits. Data transfer speed (bandwidth, bits per second) is another common metric. Bus size would probably refer to the bus width.
