Yes!!!! You have to get the engine back to top dead center on cylinder one. Also make sure that it is on the compression stroke and not the exhaust stroke or you will fire 180 out.
No a 1986 Cylinder will not fit the 1987 KX 125. The 1986 exhaust port comes out on the left side of the cylinder where the 1987 comes out in the center. It may bolt up, however the exhaust will not be able to mount.
Presumably we are talking 4 stroke? If so, none or the exhaust - it will be at the top of the compression or the exhaust stroke
Real simple exhaust camshafts are the camshafts nearest the exhaust manifolds ( outside if cylinder heads) intake camshafts are on the inside closer to center of engine.
45 degrees After Top Dead Center.... used in terms for motor cylinder timing...ports (exhaust, transfer, etc)
there is no such thing as an exhaust coil. the ignition coil is the cylinder shaped thing that has a spark plug wire running to the center of the distributor cap

The Pontiac V8 head casting numbers are usually found on the exhaust side of the head. I have seen them located just below the valve cover, over the two center exhaust ports, or over the end exhaust ports. Some heads cast the numbers below the spark plug holes between the 2 center and outer exhaust ports.
When #1 piston is at its upper most position in the cylinder bore and both intake and exhaust valves are closed
1 exhaust and intake. Each pair of valves should be adjusted when the cylinder is at the TDC of it's compression stroke. With #1 at TDC you can adjust 1,2,5,7 intake and 1,3,4,8 exhaust.
only one cylinder can be at top dead center (TDC) at a time, usually this is cylinder number one. remember: on 4-cycle engines each piston reaches the top of its stroke twice, once for ignition and once for exhaust.
The location of the O2 sensor depends on which engine your Chevy Celebrity has. If it is the 2.5L 4 cylinder the O2 sensor is on the front of the exhaust manifold near the exhaust port. If it has the 2.8L V6 the O2 sensor is on the top center of the exhaust manifold near the firewall.
