* A bride and groom to be will register at their favorite stores and choose the gifts they would like to receive. When a guest decides to buy a gift for the couple they will either ask the clerk or use the computer in bigger department stores to get a list of the items (various price ranges) as to the gifts still left to buy for the couple. You choose one of the gifts that best suits your budget and the clerk will be sure that the gift will be checked off and the couple will not receive the same gift twice.

* Whatever the individual can afford for a wedding gift the couple should appreciate. It will tell you what others have already purchased for gifts for the bride and groom and what is left for you to buy in different price ranges.
