The best time to ask a guy out is when you to are alone and nobody else is around, you could also ask him to hang out with you and then ask him out.
I completely agree with that answer when you as out a guy you have to act calm even if you really like him also you want to get him alone when you do it but if he says no im not saying he will but if he does just be preppared for it maybe if you are too emotional i would just ask him over the phone. but if you were going to ask him in person act confident dont act shy you have to be strong even if he rejects you and do not and i cant stress this enough dont act sad act like you dont even care infact when i asked out a person i couldnt get them alone so i did it over a text message and he rejected which hurt but was understandable though too so i texted him ok can we still be friends and he said sure so if he doesnt think your friends and he doesnt like you hes not worth your while.
