When you're playing with a really good player who knows how to protect you and you know how to give books away. After about 3 hands or two games you can size up your opposing team and how good they are. I used to have a partner that I'd play with and she'd bet a high number of books, and I'd bet blind nillo on every hand. The game didn't take very long.
