What is impied by the phrase 'per fidem'?

The English translation of the phrase 'per fidem' is Through faith. In the word-by-word translation, the preposition 'per' means 'through'. That preposition only takes an object in the accusative case. And so the noun 'fidem' is in the accusative case, and means 'faith'.

How do you kill a man with no fear?

Fear guilt and shame arise from internal conversations you have within yourself. The majority of your fear will come from your belief that you will be punished by "GOD" for committing a "sin". First you must rid yourself from your supersticious beliefs. then you have to mentally build your self up to it, fantasize yourself committing the murders, visualize ur'self doing it. Imagine the impied power you will attain after you have taken a life, assume you will be respected after doing so. The only true way to kill a man with no fear or any guilt, would be to kill a man for a very good reason, a righteous kill. A righteous kill would be when the person who you want to kill has committed a grave act of violence towards innocent people, your loved ones, or innocent children for selfish gains. To kill a man without fear would be to position urself where the act of killing this man would be dutiful, and just.
