When will the lawsuit over Obama's birth certificate be settled?

The Pennsylvania lawsuit by Philip Berg was dismissed by Federal Judge Surrick based on his assessment that any individual voter has no right to attempt to determine that a candidate for public office is actually eligible to run for or serve in that office because "no harm" can be shown to result from such ineligibility. The Obama campaign requested that discovery be delayed until after the November 4th election and Obama has refused to produce an original hospital birth certificate with the Governor of Hawaii placing the document under lock and key. The Obama campaign and the DNC have spent approximately one million dollars to prevent release of Obama's Birth Certificate. Seven other similar lawsuits have ben filed in other states and Berg has requested that the dismissal be reviewed by the Supreme Court.
