No. If you really want to delete it you right click the song in your iTunes library itself on your laptop and press delete. It is permanent, though.
If you accidentally downloaded it then you have to go to the iTunes store and sign in where your apple id address is. Under purchase history select "See All". Scroll all the way down and press Report a Problem. Enter the month and year that you bought it or go through every batch to find it. When you find it (they may be grouped together if you bought more than one song at once) press the arrow to the left of the order date. You will see a list of songs. Press Report a Problem and fill out the form. An apple associate will email you and give you credit for 1 song.
