ANSWER 2:

Reincarnation--the concept that after death one is born in another body and a new life--is not a religion in itself, it is simply a belief. It is the Eastern religions of Hinduism and Buddhism (and their offshoots) that believe in reincarnation.

Is sin a spirit?

The Spirit never sins. The Spirit is energy. It is a power, the Soul, the Atman. Who sins? It is the body that is directed by ME, the mind and ego. Therefore, the body is only an instrument. Even if one believes in heaven and hell, the body doesn't go there. The ME, the mind and ego, moves forward beyond that to pay for our sins and to experience the reward of our good deeds. But the Soul, Spirit, it is the power of the Divine. It gives us breath without which there is death. The Spirit never sins.

What are some of the spiritual gifts?

These Bible verses list some of the spiritual gifts, but they are probably not limited to this list. 1Corinthians 12:8-12 For to one is given through the Spirit the utterance of wisdom, and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same Spirit, (9) to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, (10) to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another the ability to distinguish between spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. (11) All these are empowered by one and the same Spirit, who apportions to each one individually as he wills. (12) For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.
