Generally speaking, if the blood is on your stool (poo) and it's bright red, it probably came from a hemorrhoid (pile). However there are times when the blood may be from somewhere else. It's always best to consult your primary physician about matters like this.

∙ 14y agoYou need to see a doctor, you probably have hemorrhoids or some other problem with your colon. Putting off seeing a doctor can mean a lot of pain and worsening of whatever is wrong with you.

Well depending on how long your tampon has been in. When you first put the tampon in there should be no blood when you wipe, the tampon should absorb it up, after a few hours and depending on your flow, you might start to notice some blood when you wipe.
