There are many reason why the clock may have been set wrong. They may have replaced the battery. They may have replaced fuses. They may have done work that required the battery to be disconnected. Whoever owned the car may not have known how to set the clock. Etc....

The water pump is located on the front or right side of the engine. To find it, remove the drive belt cover. On the front or right end of the engine. To find it, remove the drive belt cover.
a broken clock is right at least twice a day
There is a fill plug just aft the right drive axle. Looking at it from the right front wheel area, it is about the 10 'o clock position on the transmission. 17mm male plug. The drain plug is about the 5 'o clock position and is a 3/8" drive female plug.
You could be low on power steering fluid

The transaxle is the transmission on a front wheel drive car , it's bolted to the engine ( looking in the engine compartment from the front the transaxle is to the right of the engine )

if you have rear wheel drive there on the left and right side. but if front wheel drive there in the front and back bothe are below valve covers
Depends on the engine, if you drive it right away, and if the car is in good working condition. A 4 Cylinder usually takes about 10 to 15 minutes on a warm day without driving it right away. If you drive it right after starting it, the worst it is on your engine but it warms up faster.
