When you hit a bump with the driver's side tires of your car the car vibrates hard and drifts to the right?

Definitely need to lift that side up and check the wheel for tightness. Could be a loose wheel bearing, tie rod or ball joint. If not those, then possibly having to do with the strut assembly.
