Usually, you can pull up your media player and then there should be an option to sync your device. if you have Windows Media Player, theres actually a tab up top and it should auto detect your phone. If not, then i don't know. call your cell phone service provider. They may be able to point you in the right direction

Get a new computer
Only if you use one of the music sites or something like the Verizon web site for music. I loaded music from my computer that I had in my music library to my Storm with no problem, but the music I had bought on ITunes I couldn't get into the Storm and it had to remain on my Nano only.
Yes, however you can only buy music from Verizon, via VCAST. A wire to connect it to a computer doesn't exists right now.
You can use the Kazaa software. It's easy to install and to use.
Plug your iPad into your computer and open or install iTunes. Alternatively you can download music from iTunes directly to the tablet.
The Verizon Wireless Music Center is located in Noblesville, Indiana at 12880 East 146th Street. However it is no longer called the Verizon Wireless Music Center, it has been renamed the Klipsch Music Center.
I. Verizon said I couldn't download songs...
if you have the V cast program for your computer it should be free
You must install iTunes. Install iTunes, get the music files into your library, then from your itunes library, you can put them onto your ipod touch. Thank You-- Dahat 1992
The Verizon V CAST Media Manager is a program specifically for your Verizon wireless mobile phone that allows you to transfer music, documents and images from your computer to your phone via a USB 2.0 cable. Music in your iTunes library must first be converted into an MP3, a compatible audio file format for the Verizon phone, before it can be transferred to your mobile phone. Once the audio file is converted into an MP3, it can be added to the Verizon V CAST, which is compatible with computers running Windows XP or later. E-mail it to your phone. If your phone doesn't have e-mail option then no.
"No. You cannot install Ubuntu on an iPod." -well actually to clear things up. you CAN install it, but when you partition the drive it makes music unplayable, so the ipod now becomes a overpriced ex.hdd
