A lot of radios have anti-theft systems in them. When ever the battery is disconnected or the radio otherwise loses power, a security code must be punched in. If you do not have the security code, take the car to a new car dealership and see if they can get the code from the manufacturer. If you are not the first owner, look in the owners manual and see if they wrote the code there.
Try disconnecting the negative battery cable for a moment or two to reset the radio. If it still does it after reconnecting, you probably need to have it fixed or replaced.

I may be having the same problem. I replaced the battery. The interior lights, siren, horn, radio all work, but the car will not turn-over when the ignition is turned. I am really interested in how to unlock the vehicle.
It means the radio is locked. You will have to insert the code to unlock the radio. You must have disconnected the battery or the battery ran down.
try checking the alternator try charging the battery with a car battery charger or getting a jump from a friend's car to get it to turn over
the battery is low, need to be charge
You need to enter the code into the radio.
Flat battery !
The 2005 comes with a five digit (all numbers) code. After the battery is replaced, turn on the radio. The radio should show "Code." Simply punch in the five numbers on the turning buttons and the radio will immediately start working.
