1) It's a Grand Cherokee. The frond end was designed in 1939. 2) have your tires checked on a machine that does road-force compensation.

When you say it won't start, are you referring to the grand am won't turn over as in it's dead or are you asking what's wrong when it does turn over but won't start?
check your coil pack.
If it was rebuilt wrong, Yes
it means somthing is wrong with your abs system more then likely a wheel speed sensor
My first gues would be that you've used a bulb with the wrong wattage. There are some dual-filament bulbs that can be inserted the wrong way.
I would not recommend it, unless this is going to be an off-road only Jeep. There is just too much that can go wrong.
The bearing has failed in the water pump. The pump will need replaced.
