When your membership expires you won't get to keep your clothes or your house but if you become a member again then you'll get everything back. But you do get to keep all your puffles. I did and i have fourteen now.

If you are asking what I think you are asking, if you are Royalty, you have to keep renewing your Superstar membership to continue to be Royalty, but I believe they will re-invite you if you wait to renew your Superstar membership for a while after it expires.
