The ATC 25OR ATV by Honda was produced in 1981-1986. It was used during that time for the vehicles that used an air cooled 248 cc single cylinder two-stroke engines.
You will be fine with 10w-40 ATV or motorcycle oil designed for wet clutch engines.
The official Honda website would have Honda ATV parts for sale or would at least have a list of dealerships that are in your area that sell Honda ATV parts.

Most sold in the U.S. are made at Honda's Swepsonville, North Carolina, Power Equipment Plant. As Honda builds small engines all over the world you will have to look at the data plate to see exactly where it is made. Even though Honda does build engines in China don't be fooled by a Chinese clone made in China. It will not say Honda on it but it will look exactly like a real Honda engine.
