One is under the hood and one is on the passenger frame rail under the cargo door
An F350 diesel will have them both under the hood, towards the front of the engine, with one on either side of the engine. The two batteries wired in parallel gives greater cranking amperage.
being a super duty i assume this is a diesel engine. diesel trucks have 2 batteries. did you check both batteries. then check all fuses if it is a diesel engine there will be 2 batteries .did you check both batteries

If you are talking about a 1984-1987 Ford Escort diesel in the USA, it is located behind the left side trim panel in the trunk/hatch area.
I do not believe that Ford has in the past ever made any diesel cars, although the Ford Reflex is in the works - a hybrid consisting of diesel fuel, solar power, and electric-batteries. Also, a concept of a Ford Fiesta has been created in Europe, google that some time. The UK branch of Ford has begun to produce the Mondeo, a diesel powered sedan/wagon. Hope this helps!
