The 1990 Blazer does not have a carburetor.
The starter of a 1990 Honda Civic is located on top of the transmission housing. There are two bolts mounting the starter to the transmission.
1 17mm in front and 2 14mms in back.
The brake booster on a 1990 Honda Civic is held in place with several mounting bolts and the brake master cylinder. Remove all the mounting bolts, vacuum lines and the master cylinder. Go underneath the dash and remove the plunger from the brake pedal. The booster will fall out. Replace the unit.

Your 1990 would have throttle body injection, not a carburetor.

What is a carby??? If you mean carburetor then the answer is no. The carburetor body should not move.

... There is no carburetor in a '01 Buick... the last Buick to use a carburetor was in 1990. If you are talking about the throttle body, however, there is a butterfly valve inside, but the only way to get to it is to remove the throttle body.
