Biology is not really my area of expertise, so better answers may well follow.
Cells perform a myriad of functions, photosynthetic cells are all about using light to create energy and therefore would be no use in the dark. Why would tree roots, for example, need photosynthetic cells?
it's found in both plants and animals cells.
nucleus
Stomata are a structure found in leaves; only plants have leaves, so only plants have stomata. Mitochondria, however, are organelles found in the cells of all kinds of organisms, not just plants.
All living cells
Somatic cells are any of the cells that are found in plants or animals other than the reproductive cell or gamete cell. In mammals the somatic cells are found in the skin, bones, blood, connective tissue. In plants they are found in stems, leaves, roots, branches.
The nonphotosynthetic cells don't have the chloroplasts because that organelle is what does the photosynthesis

cells and prokaryotes
Chloroplasts are found ONLY in plant cells - they are used for photosynthesis.
Organelles found in plants cells but not in human cells include: cell wall, chloroplasts and large vacuole.
In plants
yes
HIV cells are not found in plants. Forms of the HIV virus only exist in Primates and Felines.
